Message from the Representative

HIURA Kosuke


Representative Director: Kosuke Hiura

Certified Public Accountant (Japan) / Licensed Tax Accountant (Japan)

In February 2010, he joined Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC, where he was engaged in statutory audit services for clients in the financial, retail, construction, and electric power industries. He also handled non-audit services such as IPO support and IFRS implementation assistance. In September 2014, he relocated to Singapore and joined Ernst & Young LLP Singapore as a locally hired professional, serving as engagement in-charge primarily for Japanese and local companies in statutory audits. He later joined Phoenix Accounting Singapore as a Director. In 2017, he established the group’s Malaysia office and currently serves concurrently as the head of the Singapore, Malaysia, and U.S. offices. As the Group Managing Partner, he oversees the overall management of the group.
